สีสันแห่งยอดดอยสู่สุขภาพที่ดีของคนเมือง” ตั้งแต่วันนี้จนถึงวันที่ 8 มี.ค. ศกนี้
มูลนิธิโครงการหลวง และศูนย์การค้าสยามพารากอน ร่วมกันจัดงาน “Royal Project Gastronomy Festival 2020 @Siam Paragon : Colors of Health สีสันแห่งยอดดอยสู่สุขภาพที่ดีของคนเมือง” เพื่อ น้อมรำลึกในพระมหากรุณาธิคุณอันยิ่งใหญ่ของพระบาทสมเด็จพระบรมชนกาธิเบศรมหาภูมิพล อดุลยเดชมหาราช บรมนาถบพิตร ผู้ทรงก่อตั้งมูลนิธิโครงการหลวง และพระบาทสมเด็จพระวชิรเกล้าเจ้าอยู่หัว ผู้ทรง สืบสานพระราชปณิธานของพระราชบิดา ทั้งยังเป็นการเผยแพร่เรื่องราวของผลิตผลอันหลากหลายจากยอดดอยที่มีทั้งผัก ผลไม้ ปศุสัตว์ ไม้ดอก วัตถุดิบแปรรูปต่างๆ ซึ่งล้วนแต่มีคุณภาพสูง ปลอดสารพิษ และดีต่อร่างกาย อันเป็นสีสันของผลิตผลทางการเกษตรที่ส่งตรงสู่ผู้บริโภคในทุกภูมิภาคของประเทศไทย รวมถึงสีสันของธรรมชาติอันงดงามมอบแด่นักท่องเที่ยวผู้มาเยือนภาคเหนือตอนบนในทุกฤดูกาล ทั้งนี้ได้รับเกียรติจาก ดร. จรัลธาดา กรรณสูต องคมนตรี ประธานกรรมการมูลนิธิโครงการหลวง มาเป็นประธานเปิดงานอย่างเป็นทางการเมื่อเร็วๆ นี้ โดยมีผู้บริหารศูนย์การค้าสยามพารากอน อาทิ พาสินี ลิ่มอติบูลย์, เกตุวลีนภาศัพท์ รอต้อนรับงาน ซึ่งงานจะจัดไปจนถึงวันที่ 8 มีนาคม 2563 ณ พาร์ค พารากอน ศูนย์การค้าสยามพารากอน
งาน “Royal Project Gastronomy Festival 2020 @Siam Paragon : Colors of Health สีสันแห่งยอดดอยสู่สุขภาพที่ดีของคนเมือง” ครั้งนี้ได้รับการสนับสนุนจากธนาคารไทยพาณิชย์ จำกัด (มหาชน) โดยได้เนรมิตพาร์ค พารากอน ให้กลายเป็นตลาดนัดร่วมสมัยท่ามกลางบรรยากาศและสีสันของธรรมชาติจากยอดดอยที่ยกมาไว้ใจกลางเมือง รวมถึงสีสันแห่งสุขภาพของผลิตผลเมืองหนาวปลอดสารพิษอันอุดมไปด้วยคุณประโยชน์จากวิตามิน และสารอาหารอีกมากมาย อาทิ สีแดงของสตรอว์เบอร์รี่, สีเหลืองของเคปกูสเบอร์รี่ ฟักทองจิ๋ว, สีเขียวจากพืชผัก, สีม่วง จากมะเขือม่วงก้านเขียว ก้านดำ, สีส้มจากแครอท ฟักทองญี่ปุ่น ฯลฯ อีกทั้งผลิตภัณฑ์อาหารแปรรูป และเครื่องจักสาน เครื่องนุ่มห่ม ไม้ดอก ไม้ประดับที่ส่งตรงจากยอดมาจำหน่ายภายในงาน เพื่อสุขภาพที่ดีของคนกรุงฯ
ไม่ใช่แค่ผลิตผลและผลิตภัณฑ์ซึ่งล้วนเป็นวัตถุดิบอาหารปลอดสารพิษคุณภาพพรีเมียมที่นำมาจำหน่ายมากมายเท่านั้น งานนี้ยังยกกาแฟสดของ “Royal Project Coffee” ที่ปลูกบนภูเขาสูงในภูมิประเทศเหนือสุดของประเทศ ซึ่งเป็นที่รู้กันดีว่ากาแฟอราบิก้า ของโครงการหลวงนั้นผ่านกระบวนการผลิตที่ได้มาตรฐานและมีคุณภาพดีเทียบเท่ากับกาแฟที่ผลิตได้ในต่างประเทศ ซึ่งจุดเด่นของกาแฟอราบิก้าที่ปลูกบนพื้นที่ที่มีความสูงระดับ 1,000 เมตรขึ้นไปจะให้รสชาติกลมกล่อม อ่อนละมุน มีกลิ่นหอมของกาแฟค่อนข้างมาก รสเปรี้ยวน้อย รวมถึงเมนูเครื่องดื่ม 60 บาทที่มีทั้งชานม ชาผลไม้หลากรส มาร่วมออกร้านภายในงานด้วย
อีกหนึ่งความพิเศษครั้งนี้ยังมีป็อปอัพช็อปของร้าน “สวนกุหลาบทุ่งเริง” ที่ยกมาจากศูนย์พัฒนาโครงการหลวงทุ่งเริง จ.เชียงใหม่ โดยจะมีเมนูไฮไลท์พิเศษทั้งอาหารคาวและหวาน อาทิ ส้มตำผัก 5 สี, ไอศกรีมเนื้ออะโวคาโดปั่น ฯลฯ มาเปิดบริการให้คนกรุงฯ ได้ชิมกันถึงที่ และยังมีป็อปอัพช็อปของร้านอาหารชื่อดังอย่าง Greyhound Café ที่นำวัตถุดิบของโครงการหลวงมารังสรรค์เป็นเมนูพิเศษร่วมจำหน่ายภายในงาน โดยผู้ร่วมงานสามารถนั่งรับประทานภายในงานท่ามกลางความงดงามหลากสีสันของไม้ดอกเมืองหนาวมากมายที่ถูกนำมาเนรมิตบรรยากาศเสมือนหนึ่งทุ่งดอกไม้เมืองหนาว
นอกจากนั้นภายในโซนกูร์เมต์ การ์เด้น ชั้น G และชั้น 4 ศูนย์การค้าสยามพารากอน อีกกว่า 10 ร้านอาหารชั้นนำ ได้แก่ Suki Masa, Harrods Tea Room, Wang Jia Sha, Brix Dessert Bar, Boon Tong Kee, แสนแซ่บ, Tudari, ตะลิงปลิง, Chilli Thai, Pot Ministry และFour Seasons ยังได้ร่วมกันนำวัตถุดิบจากโครงการหลวงมาสร้างสรรค์เป็นเมนูพิเศษมากมายทั้งอาหารคาว หวาน และเครื่องดื่มรวมกว่า 20 เมนู ร่วมจำหน่ายภายในร้านตั้งแต่วันนี้จนถึงวันที่ 31 มีนาคมนี้

The Royal Project Foundation and Siam Paragon jointly present “Royal Project Gastronomy Festival 2020 @Siam Paragon: Colors of Health” held to commemorate the late His Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej, the Royal Project’s founder, and His Majesty King Maha Vajiralongkorn Phra Vajiraklaochaoyuhua who has also followed the footsteps of his father. The event aims to offer a variety of products ranging from vegetables, fruits, meats to flowers and processed foods that are high-quality, chemical-free and healthy directly fresh from the northern highlands while the seasonal beautiful nature of the north also brings in to evoke joyful ambience for urban visitors. The festival is officially opened by Privy Councillor Dr Jaranthada Karnasuta, Chairman of the Boards of Directors of Royal Project Foundation, on February 27 and continues until March 8, 2020 at Parc Paragon, Siam Paragon.
At “Royal Project Gastronomy Festival 2020 @Siam Paragon: Colors of Health” supported by Siam Commercial Bank Plc, Parc Paragon is transformed to be a contemporary fresh market in the heart of Bangkok amidst the joyful mountainous ambiences. The colors of health from temperate healthy produce fresh from the northern developments are brought in to offer good health for urban dwellers such as red from strawberry, yellow of cape gooseberry and baby pumpkin, green from vegetables, purple from aubergines in green and black stems as well as orange of carrot and Japanese pumpkin. A variety of processed foods, handwoven basketry products, clothing, flowering and ornamental plants are also available at the festival.
In addition to the products and the high-quality, chemical-free produce, the festival brings in freshly blended coffee named Royal Project Coffee which thrives on the highlands at the northernmost provinces of Thailand. It is widely known that the production process and the quality of the Arabica coffee of the Royal Project is the same standard of premium coffee available at the international market. The distinctive character of coffee grown at high altitudes of 1,000 meters and up produces perfect flavors with light and aromatic, yet less acidic tastes. The 60 drink menus like fruit teas and milk teas are waiting to be ordered.
Another highlight are a pop-up shop of Suan Kularb Thung Ruang from Thung Ruang Royal Project Development Center in Chiang Mai offering both savory and sweet dishes such as five-color som tum (spicy papaya salad) and frappe avocado ice cream for Bangkok diners and Greyhound Café’s pop-up shop serving up specially created menus. Diners can dine tempting foods amidst colorful flowering and ornamental plants as if they are in a garden of temperate flowers in the north.
The stores in the gourmet zone on G floor and over 10 restaurants located on the fourth floor of Siam Paragon such as Suki Masa, Harrods Tea Room, Wang Jia Sha, Brix Dessert Bar, Boon Tong Kee, Sansab, Tudari, Taling Pling, Chilli Thai, Pot Ministry and Four Seasons also present special savory and sweet dishes and over 20 drink menus finely created from premium produce of the Royal Project from February 27 to March 31, 2020.

The event serves as a shopping paradise with a variety of high-quality produce, products and premium handicrafts. It is held from February 27 to March 8, 2020 at Parc Paragon of Siam Paragon based on eco-friendly concept with the ban of single-use plastic bags. Every THB 1,500 spending, customers receive a choice of cloth bags in different patterns and prepare to earn special discounts and prizes during the golden time available everyday throughout the festival.
