บริษัท แอสเสท เวิรด์ คอร์ป จำกัด (มหาชน) หรือ AWC ผู้พัฒนาอสังหาริมทรัพย์ชั้นนำของไทยที่มุ่งเน้นตอบสนองไลฟ์สไตล์แบบครบวงจร และ บริษัท หัวเว่ย เทคโนโลยี่ (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด ผู้ให้บริการระบบโครงสร้างพื้นฐานและโซลูชันไอซีทีชั้นนำ ร่วมลงนามในบันทึกข้อตกลงเพื่อความร่วมมือในการแลกเปลี่ยนความเชี่ยวชาญ และมองหาความเป็นไปได้ในการพัฒนาระบบนิเวศสำหรับสมาร์ทลีฟวิ่งและอาคารอัจฉริยะต้นแบบ ที่จะถูกนำมาใช้งานจริงในโครงการอสังหาริมทรัพย์ของ AWC เพื่อแสวงหาโอกาสทางธุรกิจใหม่ ๆ และริเริ่มโครงการด้านอาคารอัจฉริยะ (Smart Building), การบริหารจัดการสินทรัพย์อัจฉริยะ (Smart Asset Management), ธุรกิจโรงแรมและการค้าปลีกอัจฉริยะ (Smart Hospitality and Retail), สมาร์ทแคมปัสและสมาร์ทลีฟวิ่ง (Smart Campus and Living) รวมไปถึงการเชื่อมต่อเชิงอัจฉริยะ (Intelligent Connectivity) ต่าง ๆ ตอกย้ำความมุ่งมั่นของ AWC ในการนำนวัตกรรมและเทคโนโลยีมาใช้ในการเสริมสร้างศักยภาพให้กับธุรกิจเพื่อสร้างสรรค์อนาคตที่ดีกว่าอย่างยั่งยืน

ภายใต้บันทึกข้อตกลงนี้ AWC และหัวเว่ยจะร่วมกันแลกปลี่ยนความเชี่ยวชาญ และมองหาความเป็นไปได้ในการพัฒนาและศึกษานวัตกรรมที่จะช่วยอำนวยความสะดวกในการใช้ชีวิตของผู้คน รวมถึงยกระดับวงการอสังหาริมทรัพย์ไทยให้ดียิ่งขึ้นในอนาคต อาทิ โซลูชันที่ขับเคลื่อนโดยเทคโนโลยี 5G, เทคโนโลยีแอคเซสพอยท์ Wi-Fi 6 ความเร็วระดับอัลตร้าไฮสปีด, โมดูล IoT, อุปกรณ์เชื่อมต่ออัจฉริยะ, พื้นที่เก็บข้อมูลในคลาวด์ เป็นต้น นอกจากการนำเสนอแพลตฟอร์มและโซลูชันที่พร้อมให้บริการอยู่แล้ว หัวเว่ยยังนำความรู้ความเชี่ยวชาญทางด้านเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสารมาร่วมพัฒนานวัตกรรมที่ปรับเปลี่ยนได้ตามความต้องการมาประยุกต์ใช้งานจริงในโครงการอสังหาริมทรัพย์ของโครงการต่างๆ ของ AWC ทั้งในกลุ่มธุรกิจโรงแรมและบริการ และกลุ่มธุรกิจอสังหาริมทรัพย์เพื่อการพาณิชย์ ทั้งศูนย์การค้า สถานที่ท่องเที่ยวแนวไลฟ์สไตล์ และอาคารสำนักงาน เพื่อตอบโจทย์ไลฟ์สไตล์ของผู้มาใช้บริการ และเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพด้านการดำเนินงานให้กับธุรกิจของ AWC ซึ่งจะช่วยเร่งกระบวนการปรับเปลี่ยนองค์กรให้ก้าวไปสู่การเป็นดิจิทัลอย่างเต็มรูปแบบได้ในอนาคต
