“คาราบาวกรุ๊ป” ผนึกกำลัง Baosteel Packaging ลงนามความร่วมมือเชิงกลยุทธ์

ร่วมเปิด “มิติใหม่ของความร่วมมือ” สร้างแต้มต่อในตลาดเอเชียตะวันออกเฉียงใต้

เมื่อวันที่ 4 ธันวาคม 2568 บริษัท คาราบาวกรุ๊ป จำกัด (มหาชน) หรือ CBG และบริษัท Baosteel Packaging ผู้ผลิตบรรจุภัณฑ์โลหะรายใหญ่จากประเทศจีน จัดพิธีลงนามความร่วมมือเชิงกลยุทธ์อย่างยิ่งใหญ่ ณ โรงแรมเป่าซาน นครเซี่ยงไฮ้ นับเป็นก้าวสำคัญที่สะท้อนถึงการยกระดับความร่วมมือด้านธุรกิจและการบูรณาการระบบซัพพลายเชนเพื่อรองรับการเติบโตของตลาดในภูมิภาคเอเชียตะวันออกเฉียงใต้

ภายใต้ความร่วมมือดังกล่าว ทั้งสองบริษัทจะผสานเครือข่ายระหว่างกำลังการผลิตที่ Baosteel Packaging มีในประเทศเวียดนาม กัมพูชา มาเลเซีย และประเทศอื่นๆ ในภูมิภาคเอเชียตะวันออกเฉียงใต้ เข้ากับความแข็งแกร่งด้านแบรนด์และช่องทางการจัดจำหน่ายของ “คาราบาวกรุ๊ป” เพื่อยกระดับขีดความสามารถด้านการให้บริการแบบ Localization และเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพเชิงบูรณาการในตลาดเอเชียตะวันออกเฉียงใต้

นายร่มธรรม เสถียรธรรมะ กรรมการ บริษัท คาราบาวกรุ๊ป จำกัด (มหาชน) หรือ CBG กล่าวว่า บริษัทมีความเชื่อมั่นจากความร่วมมือกันในครั้งนี้ โดย “คาราบาวกรุ๊ป” ในฐานะแบรนด์ชั้นนำของตลาดเครื่องดื่มฟังก์ชันนัล (Functional Drink) ในเอเชียตะวันออกเฉียงใต้ ให้ความสำคัญอย่างยิ่งต่อความร่วมมือเชิงลึกกับ Baosteel Packaging และเชื่อว่าด้วยศักยภาพด้านเทคโนโลยี และโครงสร้างการดำเนินงานในภูมิภาคเอเชียตะวันออกเฉียงใต้ ของ Baosteel Packaging จากความร่วมมือในครั้งนี้จะสามารถยกระดับประสิทธิภาพของระบบซัพพลายเชนและเสริมสร้างขีดความสามารถในการแข่งขันได้อย่างต่อเนื่อง

ทั้งนี้ หากมองจากแผนพัฒนาเศรษฐกิจและสังคมแห่งชาติ ระยะ 5 ปี ฉบับที่ 15  (15th Five-Year Plan) ของจีนซึ่งเพิ่งประกาศเมื่อเร็วๆ นี้ เชื่อว่า Baosteel Packaging จะใช้ความร่วมมือดังกล่าว เป็นจุดเริ่มต้นใหม่ในการสร้างระบบซัพพลายเชนในระดับภูมิภาคที่ครอบคลุมกว้างขวางยิ่งขึ้นและตอบสนองตลาดได้อย่างรวดเร็ว ซึ่งจะช่วยเติมพลังใหม่ให้กับกลุ่ม Baowu ที่มีเป้าหมายก้าวสู่การเป็นองค์กรระดับโลก พร้อมทั้งเป็นต้นแบบใหม่ของความร่วมมือทางอุตสาหกรรมระหว่างจีนและประเทศไทย รวมถึงในกลุ่มประเทศอาเซียนโดยรวมอีกด้วย

On December 4, 2025, Carabao Group Public Company Limited (CBG) and Baosteel Packaging, a leading metal packaging manufacturer from China, signed a strategic cooperation agreement in Shanghai, marking a significant milestone in strengthening business collaboration and supply chain integration across Southeast Asia.

Under this cooperation, the two companies will leverage Baosteel Packaging’s production network in Vietnam, Cambodia, Malaysia, and other Southeast Asian countries, together with Carabao Group’s strong brands and extensive distribution channels. This collaboration aims to enhance localized production capabilities and improve end-to-end operational efficiency across Southeast Asian markets.

Baosteel Packaging is a leading enterprise in the new materials industry group under China Baowu, a major state-owned steel conglomerate.
