“เคทีซี” หรือ บริษัท บัตรกรุงไทย จำกัด (มหาชน) พร้อมด้วยทีมงานจาก บริษัท กรุงไทยธุรกิจลีสซิ่ง จำกัด (KTBL) และ บริษัท วินเพอร์ฟอร์มานซ์ จำกัด จัดมหกรรมไกล่เกลี่ยข้อพิพาทชั้นบังคับคดี ครั้งที่ 37/2568 ณ โรงแรมคุ้มภูคำ จังหวัดเชียงใหม่ โดยมีนายกิตติพศ ตันประเสริฐ  ผู้อำนวยการสำนักงานบังคับคดีจังหวัดเชียงใหม่ ร่วมเป็นเกียรติในงาน กิจกรรมครั้งนี้มีลูกหนี้เข้าร่วมไกล่เกลี่ยจำนวน 796 ราย คิดเป็นภาระหนี้รวมกว่า 102 ล้านบาท โดยผู้เข้าร่วมงานสามารถตกลงเงื่อนไขการชำระหนี้ที่เหมาะสมกับสถานะทางการเงินของตนเองได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ

 

 

 

 

 

นายพีระพงศ์ พิตรพิบูลพาทิศ  ผู้บริหารสูงสุดสายงานสำนักกรรมการและประธานเจ้าหน้าที่บริหาร กล่าวว่า “เคทีซีให้ความสำคัญกับการเป็นส่วนหนึ่งของการแก้ไขปัญหาหนี้สินของประชาชน โดยเฉพาะในกลุ่มที่อยู่ในกระบวนการบังคับคดี ซึ่งมักเผชิญกับข้อจำกัดในการเข้าถึงโอกาสในการเจรจาและหาทางออกทางการเงิน เราเชื่อว่าการเปิดพื้นที่ให้ลูกหนี้ได้พูดคุยภายใต้บรรยากาศที่เป็นมิตรและสร้างสรรค์ จะช่วยลดความตึงเครียด และนำไปสู่ข้อตกลงที่เป็นธรรมทั้งสองฝ่ายผ่านกระบวนการไกล่เกลี่ยที่โปร่งใสและเป็นธรรม ตลอดหลายปีที่ผ่านมา เราเห็นผลลัพธ์ที่เป็นรูปธรรมจากการจัดมหกรรมไกล่เกลี่ยฯ ซึ่งไม่เพียงช่วยลดภาระหนี้ให้กับลูกหนี้ แต่ยังช่วยให้พวกเขาสามารถกลับมาใช้ชีวิตทางการเงินได้อย่างมีศักดิ์ศรีอีกครั้ง ทั้งนี้ เคทีซีจะเดินหน้าจัดกิจกรรมอย่างต่อเนื่อง โดยครั้งต่อไปจะจัดขึ้นที่จังหวัดนครศรีธรรมราชในวันที่ 17 สิงหาคม 2568 และจังหวัดอุดรธานีในวันที่ 26 ตุลาคม 2568 เพื่อขยายโอกาสให้ประชาชนในภูมิภาคต่าง ๆ ได้รับประโยชน์อย่างทั่วถึง”

 

 

 

 

 

Krungthai Card Public Company Limited (KTC), in collaboration with Krungthai Business Leasing Company Limited (KTBL) and Win Performance Company Limited, hosted the 37th Execution Mediation Fair at Khum Phucome Hotel, Chiang Mai province. The event was honored by Mr. Kittipoj Tanprasert, Director of Chiang Mai Provincial Office of Legal Execution. A total of 796 debtors participated in the mediation, representing a combined debt of over 102 million baht. Through this initiative, participants successfully negotiated debt repayment terms tailored to their financial capabilities.

 

 

 

 

 

Mr. Peerapong Pitrpibulpatit, Head of Office of President & CEO at Krungthai Card Public Company Limited (KTC), stated, “KTC places great importance on being part of the solution to people’s debt problems, especially for those in the enforcement process who often face limitations in accessing opportunities for negotiation and finding financial solutions. We believe that providing a space for debtors to engage in dialogue within a friendly and constructive atmosphere helps reduce tension and leads to fair agreements for both parties through a transparent mediation process. Over the years, we have seen tangible results from organizing mediation fairs, which have not only helped alleviate debt burdens but also enabled debtors to regain their financial stability with dignity. KTC will continue to hold these activities, with upcoming events scheduled in Nakhon Si Thammarat province on 17 August 2025, and in Udon Thani province on 26 October 2025, to broaden access and benefits to more people across the country.”
