8 มีนาคม 2564 กรุงเทพฯ – “ดิ แอสเพน ทรี (The Aspen Tree)” โครงการสำหรับผู้ที่วางแผนการใช้ชีวิตในระยะยาว โดยบริษัทแมกโนเลีย ควอลิตี้ ดีเวล็อปเม้นต์ คอร์ปอเรชั่น จำกัด (MQDC) ผนึกกำลังกับ “เมืองไทย ประกันชีวิต” ผู้นำด้านประกันชีวิตและสุขภาพ ส่งมอบความคุ้มครองสุขภาพ “อีลิท เฮลท์” โดดเด่นด้วยความคุ้มครองที่ครอบคลุมการเจ็บป่วยจากโรคร้ายแรง โรคทั่วไป และโรคระบาด รวมทั้งอุบัติเหตุ คุ้มครองสูงสุด 20 ล้านบาทต่อปี ตั้งแต่หลังเซ็นสัญญา ในช่วงระหว่างการก่อสร้างโครงการฯ และจะเพิ่มความคุ้มครองเป็น 40 ล้านบาท ต่อปี เมื่อโครงการฯ แล้วเสร็จและโอนสิทธิการเช่าสำเร็จ โดยมีความคุ้มครองยาวนานถึงอายุ 99 ปี ตอบโจทย์สังคมแห่งการใช้ชีวิตที่มีคุณภาพสำหรับผู้สูงวัยครบวงจรแห่งแรกของประเทศไทย

นายวิสิษฐ์ มาลัยศิริรัตน์ ประธานเจ้าหน้าที่บริหาร บริษัทแมกโนเลีย ควอลิตี้ ดีเวล็อปเม้นต์ คอร์ปอเรชั่น จำกัด (MQDC) เปิดเผยว่า โครงการดิ แอสเพน ทรี (The Aspen Tree by MQDC) คือโครงการที่พักอาศัยพร้อมมอบบริการดูแลตลอดชีวิต สำหรับผู้ที่ต้องการวางแผนการใช้ชีวิตในระยะยาว ที่มีอายุตั้งแต่ 50 ปีขึ้นไป โดยโครงการฯ เพียบพร้อมทั้งที่พักอาศัย สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวก การบริการอย่างครบครัน เป็นสังคมแห่งการใช้ชีวิตที่มีคุณภาพสำหรับผู้สูงวัยที่แรกของประเทศไทย และครบวงจรที่สุดในเอเชียตะวันออกเฉียงใต้ ซึ่งเป็นส่วนหนึ่งของโครงการเดอะ ฟอเรสเทียส์ (The Forestias) โครงการเมืองในป่า บนพื้นที่ 398 ไร่ บนย่านบางนา
