เพื่อยกระดับบริการและขยายตลาดโลจิสติกส์ในฟิลิปปินส์
ตั้งเป้ารายได้ 154 ล้านบาท ในปี 2570
ฟิลิปปินส์ : 7 กุมภาพันธ์ 2566 – บริษัท เอสซีจี โลจิสติกส์ แมเนจเม้นท์ จำกัด ผู้นำด้านโลจิสติกส์ของไทย และ บริษัท รอยัล คาร์โก จำกัด ผู้ให้บริการด้านโลจิสติกส์ครบวงจรของฟิลิปปินส์ ได้ลงนามในสัญญาร่วมทุน (Joint Venture Agreement) ของบริษัท เอสซีจี โลจิสติกส์ ฟิลิปปินส์ จำกัด โดยมี นายนิธิ ภัทรโชค กรรมการผู้จัดการใหญ่ ธุรกิจซีเมนต์และผลิตภัณฑ์ก่อสร้าง เอสซีจี และ นายบรรณ เกษมทรัพย์ กรรมการผู้จัดการ บริษัท เอสซีจี โลจิสติกส์ แมเนจเม้นท์ จำกัด พร้อมด้วย Mr. Michael Kurt Raeuber, Chairman and Group CEO, Royal Cargo Inc และ Mr. Andrew Kurt Raeuber, President of Royal Cargo Inc. ร่วมลงนามในครั้งนี้ โดยมีนายชวนินทร์ บัณฑิตกฤษดา ประธานกรรมการบริหารและประธานเจ้าหน้าที่บริหาร JWD ร่วมเป็นพยาน
สำหรับความร่วมมือในครั้งนี้ ทั้ง 2 ฝ่าย มีวิสัยทัศน์ร่วมกันที่ต้องการยกระดับสู่ผู้ให้บริการด้านโลจิสติกส์อันดับหนึ่งของอาเซียน (Third party logistics service provider -3PLs ) และให้บริการแบบ Seamless end to end logistics solution ในประเทศฟิลิปปินส์ ที่สามารถเชื่อมโยงการให้บริการที่ครอบคลุมและครบวงจรในภูมิภาคอาเซียนและจีนตอนใต้
บริษัท เอสซีจี โลจิสติกส์ ฟิลิปปินส์ จำกัด ให้บริการนำเข้าและส่งออกสินค้า บริการพิธีการศุลกากร บริการขนส่งสินค้าภายในประเทศ บริการบริหารคลังสินค้า บริการขนส่งสินค้าข้ามเกาะภายในประเทศ รวมถึงบริการให้คำปรึกษาและวางแผนการขนส่ง เพื่อส่งเสริมผู้ประกอบการที่สนใจทำธุรกิจนำเข้า-ส่งออกไปยังประเทศฟิลิปปินส์ ด้วยประสบการณ์ความเชี่ยวชาญทางด้านการเป็นผู้ให้บริการโลจิสติกส์ รวมทั้งเป็นผู้นำในการนำเทคโนโลยีดิจิทัลมาช่วยเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพและลดต้นทุนทางด้านโลจิสติกส์ จึงพร้อมดำเนินการโลจิสติกส์แบบ End-to-end solution เต็มรูปแบบ และก้าวสู่ผู้ให้บริการด้านโลจิสติกส์อันดับหนึ่งของอาเซียน (Third party logistics service provider -3PLs ) โดยตั้งเป้ายอดขาย 154 ล้านบาท ภายในปี 2570

to Transform the Philippine’s Logistics Market, Targeting 154 Million Baht by 2027
The Philippines : February 7, 2023 —Thai logistics leader SCG Logistics Management Co., Ltd. (SCG Logistics Management) and Royal Cargo Inc., purveyor of the Philippine’s leading one-stop logistics service provider, announced a joint venture agreement, unveiling SCG Logistics Philippines Co., Ltd. (SCG Logistics Philippines). The agreement was led by Mr. Nithi Patarachoke, President of Cement–Building Materials, SCG; Mr. Bunn Kasemsup, Managing Director of SCG Logistics Management; Mr. Michael Kurt Raeuber, Chairman and Group CEO of Royal Cargo Inc.; and Mr. Andrew Kurt Raeuber, President of Royal Cargo Inc., with Mr. Charvanin Bunditkitsada, CEO of JWD Group, as the witness.
The joint venture is born from both companies’ shared vision of elevating logistics services in the Philippines by becoming a leading third-party logistics service provider (3PLs). The new strategic partnership will offer seamless end-to-end logistics solutions in the Philippines, providing comprehensive and complete services across ASEAN and Southern China.
