รื่นรมย์สวนดอกไม้ใจกลางสยาม พร้อมจำหน่ายกุหลาบพันธุ์พิเศษต้อนรับเทศกาลแห่งความรัก

มูลนิธิโครงการหลวง ร่วมกับศูนย์การค้าสยามพารากอน และกูร์เมต์ มาร์เก็ต จัดงาน “Royal Project Gastronomy Festival 2023 @ Siam Paragon” (รอยัล โปรเจ็คต์ แกสโตรโนมี เฟสติวัล 2023 แอท สยามพารากอน)  ภายใต้คอนเซ็ปต์ “The Wondrous Taste of Superfood” (เดอะ วันเดอรัส เทสต์ ออฟ ซูเปอร์ฟู้ด) คัดสรรวัตถุดิบระดับซูเปอร์มาสเตอร์จากยอดดอย ที่จะสร้างสรรค์คุณค่าของมื้ออาหารให้กลายเป็นเมนูสุดมหัศจรรย์มาจำหน่ายท่ามกลางบรรยากาศคาเฟ่สวนดอกไม้สุดชิคใจกลางสยาม ตั้งแต่วันนี้ถึง 19 กุมภาพันธ์ 2566  ณ พาร์ค พารากอน ชั้น M  และกูร์เมต์ มาร์เก็ต ชั้น G สยามพารากอน ตั้งแต่วันนี้ถึง 22 กุมภาพันธ์ 2566 โดยได้รับการสนับสนุนจากบริษัท ไทยเบฟเวอเรจ จำกัด (มหาชน) และ บริษัท พิบูลย์ชัยน้ำพริกเผาไทยแม่ประนอม จำกัด ร่วมจัดงาน

            สำหรับพิธีเปิดงานวันที่ 9 กุมภาพันธ์ 2566 ได้รับเกียรติจาก จรัลธาดา กรรณสูต องคมนตรี ประธานกรรมการมูลนิธโครงการหลวง, คุณหญิงชฎา วัฒนศิริธรรม และเกตุวลี นภาศัพท์  ผู้บริหาร ศูนย์การค้าสยามพารากอนและศุภวุฒิ ไชยประสิทธิ์กุล ผู้บริหารกูร์เมต์ มาร์เก็ตร่วมชมงาน พร้อมกันนี้ยังมีการสาธิตการนำวัตถุดิบโครงการหลวงมาสร้างสรรค์เป็นเมนูสุดพิเศษ “สลัดกุ้งกับน้ำสลัดพาร์สลีย์โยเกิร์ต” โดยมี เชฟเป่าเป้-เจสสิก้า หวัง Winner of Master Chef All Stars Thailand นอกจากนี้ยังมี นักแสดงหนุ่มหล่อ เมฆ-จุติ จำเริญเกตุประทีป  และดีเจอ๋อง เขมรัชต์ MasterChef Celebrity Thailand Season 3 มารังสรรค์เมนูสุดเอ็กซ์คลูซีฟให้แฟนๆ โครงการหลวงได้ชมและชิมอีกด้วย  

ภายในงานได้คัดสรรวัตถุดิบคุณภาพทั้ง ผัก ผลไม้ และธัญพืชที่จัดเป็น Superfood  ซึ่งเปี่ยมด้วยคุณค่าสารอาหารเอาใจคนรักสุขภาพ อาทิ ข้าวกล้องดอย, ถั่วอะซูกิ, ควินัว, น้ำมันงาดำสกัดเย็น, น้ำมันลินินสกัดเย็น, น้ำมันงาหอมสกัดเย็น และขาดไม่ได้สำหรับคอชากาแฟ โครงการหลวงได้นำชาหลากชนิด มาให้ช้อปกันอย่างจุใจ อาทิ ชาเขียว, ชาแดง, ชาอู่หลง, ชาอัสสัม, ชาสมุนไพรเห็ดหลินจือ, เห็ดหลินจือแดง และเครื่องดื่มสมุนไพรผสมอาติโช้ค รวมถึงเมล็ดกาแฟคุณภาพที่มีให้เลือกตั้งแต่ เมล็ดกาแฟคั่วเข้ม, เมล็ดกาแฟคั่วกลาง, กาแฟแคปซูล , กาแฟดริป และกาแฟผสมสารสกัดเห็ดหลินจือ

พร้อมกันนี้ยังนำพืชผัก ผลไม้ไฮไลท์เมืองหนาวที่ขาดไม่ได้ อย่าง สตรอว์เบอร์รี่พันธุ์ 80, เคพกูสเบอร์รี่, เสาวรสพันธุ์พิเศษของโครงการหลวงที่มีรสชาติหวานกว่าสายพันธุ์อื่นๆ, แบล็กเบอร์รี่, องุ่นดำไร้เมล็ด รวมถึงพืชผักหลากหลายชนิด อาทิ เคล, คะน้าฮ่องกง, ผักกาดหอมห่อ, เบบี้ฮ่องเต้, เบบี้แครอท และผักสลัดที่จัดเต็มตั้งแต่เรดคอรัล, ฟิลเลย์ไอซ์เบิร์ก, โอ๊คลีฟเขียว, โอ๊คลีฟแดง, เบบี้คอส, คอส และ บัตเตอร์เฮด เป็นต้น ตลอดจนอาหารและสมุนไพรแปรรูปต่างๆ ที่ส่งตรงจากยอดดอยมาให้คนรักสุขภาพได้เลือกสรรวัตถุดิบคุณภาพพรีเมียมถึงใจกลางเมือง

            ไฮไลท์พิเศษที่จะทำให้บรรยากาศของงานเต็มไปด้วยความรื่นรมย์ คือการนำไม้ดอก ไม้ประดับหลากหลายสายพันธุ์ อาทิ กุหลาบวาเลนไทน์ สีแดง ชมพู โอลด์โรส เหลือง ขาว, เบญจมาศ, ซิมบิเดียม และสมุนไพรกระถางโรสแมรี่ เบซิล มิ้นท์ มาจำหน่ายในราคาพิเศษ พร้อมเนรมิตพื้นที่ภายในงานให้เป็นเสมือนคาเฟ่ดอกไม้ใจกลางเมืองเอาใจให้ผู้ชื่นชอบการถ่ายภาพได้ร่วมเก็บภาพความสดใสของมวลหมู่ดอกไม้และดื่มด่ำกับบรรยากาศเก๋ๆ ในช่วงเทศกาลวาเลนไทน์ พร้อมลิ้มรสชาติความอร่อยจากกาเฟสดของ Royal Project Coffee โดยบาริสต้ามืออาชีพจากยอดดอย   

            และเพื่อต้อนรับเทศกาลแห่งความรัก มูลนิธิโครงการหลวงได้จัดเตรียมกุหลาบพันธุ์ GLOW ดอกสีครีมขลิบบานเย็นมาจำหน่ายในราคาพิเศษเฉพาะวันที่ 13-14 กุมภาพันธ์เท่านั้น!! และในวันวาเลนไทน์ 14 กุมภาพันธ์ 2566  พบกับคู่รักนักแสดง แดน-วรเวช และ แพทตี้ อังศุมาลิน ที่จะมาร่วมโชว์ความหวานพร้อมแสดงออกถึงความรักที่มีให้แก่กัน ผ่านเมนูอาหารสุดสร้างสรรค์ โดยใช้วัตถุดิบจากโครงการหลวง และเซอร์ไพร์สที่หนุ่มแดนเตรียมมอบให้ศรีภรรยาภายในงาน

Royal Project Foundation teams up with Siam Paragon to create a flower garden cafe in the heart of Siam as part of

"Royal Project Gastronomy Festival 2023 @ Siam Paragon"

From 9-22 February 2023, enjoy a diverse range of ‘super master' food ingredients from mountain top to table.

The Royal Project Foundation collaborates with Siam Paragon and Gourmet Market to organize the "Royal Project Gastronomy Festival 2023 @ Siam Paragon." Themed "The Wondrous Taste of Superfood," the event offers a selection of ‘super master’ fine fresh ingredients from the mountaintop available for sale in the relaxing atmosphere of a chic flower garden café in the heart of Siam area.  The event will take place from 9-19 February 2023, at Parc Paragon on M floor, and between 9-22 February 2023 at Gourmet Market on G floor, Siam Paragon. Thai Beverage PCL and Phiboonchai Maepranom Thai Chili Paste Co., Ltd. also co-host the event.

The “Royal Project Gastronomy Festival 2023 @ Siam Paragon” is themed "The Wondrous Taste of Superfood," featuring varieties of selected nutrient-rich grains and superfood such as mountain-grown brown rice, adzuki beans, quinoa, cold-pressed black sesame oil, cold-pressed flaxseed oil, and cold-pressed perilla oil, as well as wide sections of fresh vegetables and fruits. The Royal Project will also offer numerous sorts of tea and coffee.  On offer will be green tea, red tea, oolong tea, Assam tea, Lingzhi herbal tea, Red Lingzhi drink, and artichoke herbal drink. Dark and medium  roast coffee are available in forms of beans, capsules, drip and coffee blended with Lingzhi extract.

Also essential are highland fruits such as the Royal Project 80 strawberry, cape gooseberry, and a special passion fruit that tastes sweeter than other varieties. Blackberries, black seedless grapes, and a range of vegetables including kale, Hong Kong kale, wrap lettuce, bok shoy, baby carrot, and an assortment of farm fresh greens including red coral, Philly iceberg lettuce, green oak, red oak, baby cos, cos and butterhead. Various processed foods and herbs transported directly from the mountain's top are available in the city's center for urban health enthusiasts to shop premium quality ingredients.

An assembly of various flowers and ornamental plants, including Valentine's Day roses in red, pink, old rose, yellow, and white, as well as chrysanthemums, cymbidiums, and potted herbs like rosemary, basil, and mint, will add to the delight of the event. These are also for sale at special prices.

The event space is turned into a flower garden café in the heart of the city, allowing shutterbugs to capture the brilliance of the flowers while also enjoying the elegant atmosphere, especially on Valentine's Day. Visitors will also have a opportunity to sample the delectable signature Royal Project's fresh coffee prepared by experienced baristas who generally offer their coffee cups at the mountain's top.

There are also flower workshops. Customers who purchase flowers from the Royal Project at the event for 300 baht or more and have the ONESIAM SuperApp can attend the mini bouquet arranging workshop for free (limited to 50 persons per day). On February 11-12, and February                 18-19, 2023, customer who shop Royal Project items worth 1,000 baht or more, can attend a free   the flower arranging workshop with experts (limited to 60 persons per day).

There are also handicrafts and other products from the Chaipattana Foundation, the Mae Fah Luang Foundation, Doi Kham, and handcrafted items from local communities around the country to pick from. Gourmet Market at Siam Paragon’s G Floor serves health cuisine such as grilled Japanese pumpkin with ragout and thre color chilies, brown rice mixed with quinoa served with and grilled sea bass and creamy mushroom sauce at the YOU HUNT WE COOK counter. The SOUP counter serves carrot, tomato, and quinoa soup. For every purchase of 1,500 baht on products sold at the event, customers may redeem one cloth shopping bag. (Bags come in a range of styles and are in limited supply.)

Siam Paragon reinforces its position as a ‘World-Class Food Destination’. Over 20 famous restaurants at Siam Paragon also to make this year’s edition more special with special menus created with the Royal Project’s ingredients. Discover the special menus at  Another Hound Café, Brix Dessert Bar, Jumbo Seafood, Hokkai-Don, Maple Tree House BKK, Mozza by Cocotte, Nabezo Premium, Peak Chocolate, Pennii Popcorn Café, Peppery Thai Bistro, Quints, Sansab Restaurant, Suki Masa, Tudari, TalingPling, Tasty Congee & Noodle Wantun Shop, Underhound, Veganerie, and Yuzu House are among the restaurants participating.
