นายประไพสิทธิ์ ตัณฑ์เกยูร ประธานกรรมการตรวจสอบ บรรษัทภิบาลและความยั่งยืน “เคทีซี” หรือ บริษัท บัตรกรุงไทย จำกัด (มหาชน) เป็นผู้แทนรับมอบประกาศนียบัตรผ่านการรับรองต่ออายุสมาชิกแนวร่วมต่อต้านคอร์รัปชันของภาคเอกชนไทย (CAC) ซึ่งเคทีซีได้รับการรับรองการเป็นสมาชิก CAC อย่างต่อเนื่อง จากนายกุลเวช เจนวัฒนวิทย์ เลขานุการคณะกรรมการแนวร่วมต่อต้านคอร์รัปชันของภาคเอกชนไทย (CAC) ณ โรงแรมอีสติน แกรนด์ พญาไท กรุงเทพฯ เมื่อเร็วๆ นี้

 

นายประไพสิทธิ์ เผยว่า “เศรษฐกิจยุคใหม่มีความซับซ้อนสูงขึ้นในด้านสภาพแวดล้อมและระบบของตลาด องค์กรต่างๆ ต้องเผชิญกับความท้าทายที่หลากหลายรวมถึงการแข่งขันที่เพิ่มขึ้น การเปลี่ยนแปลงทางเทคโนโลยี และกฎระเบียบที่เข้มงวดมากขึ้น การต่อต้านการคอร์รัปชันและการติดสินบนเป็นหนึ่งในประเด็นสำคัญที่เคทีซีให้ความสำคัญมาโดยตลอด เนื่องจากมีผลกระทบต่อชื่อเสียง ความเชื่อมั่นของผู้มีส่วนได้เสียและผลประกอบการทางธุรกิจ การสร้างวัฒนธรรมองค์กรที่โปร่งใสและมีจริยธรรมเป็นสิ่งจำเป็นในการป้องกันพฤติกรรมทุจริต นอกจากนี้ยังต้องมีมาตรการควบคุมภายในที่เข้มงวด รวมถึงกระบวนการตรวจสอบภายในอย่างต่อเนื่องเพื่อให้แน่ใจว่ามีการปฏิบัติตามกฎระเบียบอย่างเคร่งครัด”

 

เคทีซีมีความมุ่งมั่นในการดำเนินธุรกิจอย่างโปร่งใสและมีจริยธรรมเพื่อให้เกิดความยั่งยืนในระยะยาว โดยเฉพาะอย่างยิ่งในเรื่องของการต่อต้านการคอร์รัปชันและการติดสินบนในทุกรูปแบบ ไม่ว่าจะเป็นทางตรงหรือทางอ้อม ครอบคลุมทุกหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง รวมถึงบริษัทในกลุ่มธุรกิจและผู้มีส่วนได้เสียทุกฝ่าย โดยเคทีซีได้กำหนดนโยบายต่อต้านการคอร์รัปชันและแนวทางปฏิบัติที่ชัดเจนเป็นลายลักษณ์อักษร เพื่อให้กรรมการ ผู้บริหารและพนักงานทุกคนเข้าใจและปฏิบัติตามอย่างเคร่งครัดและทบทวนแนวทางปฏิบัติอย่างสม่ำเสมอ นอกจากนี้ ยังได้จัดทำโครงการฝึกอบรมเพื่อเสริมสร้างความรู้ ความเข้าใจ และทักษะในการป้องกันและตรวจสอบกรณีที่อาจเกิดขึ้น รวมทั้งมีช่องทางในการแจ้งเบาะแสหรือข้อสงสัยเกี่ยวกับพฤติกรรมที่ไม่เหมาะสม เพื่อให้สามารถดำเนินมาตรการแก้ไขได้ทันที ตลอดจนมีระบบตรวจสอบภายในที่เข้มงวด และได้รับผลประเมินจากหน่วยงานภายนอกว่าไม่มีกรณีทุจริตหรือผิดจรรยาบรรณ นอกจากนี้ เคทีซีได้มีการส่งหนังสือเพื่อเชิญชวนให้คู่ค้าเข้าร่วมเป็นสมาชิก CAC อันเป็นการแสดงออกถึงความมุ่งมั่นในการต่อต้านการคอร์รัปชันตลอดห่วงโซ่อุปทานอีกด้วย

 

Mr. Praphaisith Tankeyura, Chairman of the Audit Corporate Governance and Sustainability Committee at Krungthai Card Public Company Limited (KTC), recently represented the company in receiving the certificate of renewal for membership in the Private Sector Collective Action against Corruption (CAC), reaffirming KTC’s continued certification as a committed member. The certificate was presented by Mr. Kulvat Janvatanavit, Secretary of the CAC, at Eastin Grand Hotel Phayathai, Bangkok.

 

Mr. Praphaisith stated, “Today’s economy is becoming increasingly complex in terms of market environment and systems, with organizations facing challenges such as rising competition, rapid technological changes, and stricter regulations. At KTC, anti-corruption and anti-bribery efforts remain a top priority, as these issues directly impact our reputation, stakeholder trust, and overall business performance. Building a transparent and ethical corporate culture is essential to preventing corrupt practices. This must be supported by strong internal control systems and ongoing internal audit processes to ensure strict compliance at all levels.”

 

KTC is committed to conducting business with transparency and integrity to ensure long-term sustainability. This includes actively combating all forms of corruption and bribery, whether direct or indirect, across all departments, companies within the group, and stakeholders. The company has established clear, written anti-corruption policies and guidelines for directors, executives, and employees to follow, with regular reviews to ensure relevance. Training programs are held to enhance knowledge and skills in preventing and investigating misconduct. KTC also provides channels for reporting suspicious behavior to allow prompt corrective action. With a strong internal audit system, external assessments have confirmed no cases of corruption or unethical conduct. In addition, KTC invites business partners to join the Private Sector Collective Action against Corruption (CAC), reinforcing its commitment to transparency throughout the supply chain.
