ตั้งแต่วันที่ 5 สิงหาคม – 29 กันยายน 2566 นี้ เชฟผู้มากฝีมือประจำห้องอาหารพาโกด้า ไชนีส เรสเตอรองท์ ได้นำเสนอขนมไหว้พระจันทร์สูตรดั้งเดิม 4 รสชาติ (ขนาด 150 กรัมต่อชิ้น) ผสมผสานหลากหลายวัตถุดิบพรีเมียม ออกมาเป็นขนมไหว้พระจันทร์ ไส้ทุเรียนจันทบุรีกับเม็ดบัวและไข่แดง ไส้เม็ดบัวกับเมล็ดแตงโมและไข่แดง ไส้เม็ดบัวและแมคคาเดเมีย และ ไส้หมูแผ่นปรุงรสและสารพัดถั่ว

ในปีนี้เชฟยังได้รังสรรค์ขนมไหว้พระจันทร์สูตรซิกเนเจอร์โดยเฉพาะ อีก 3 รสชาติ (ขนาด 50 กรัมต่อชิ้น) ได้แก่ ไส้คาราเมลเอสเปรสโซ หอมกรุ่นกลิ่นกาแฟตั้งแต่คำแรก สอดแทรกรสหวานละมุนสุดลงตัวจากคาราเมล ไส้ช็อกโกแลตมอลต์ โรเช่ร์  รังสรรค์ด้วยวัตถุดิบระดับพรีเมียมอย่าง ช็อกโกแลตฝรั่งเศสวาโรน่า และอัลมอนด์พราลีน ออกมาเป็นรสชาติที่เข้ากันอย่างลงตัว และ ไส้หมูแผ่นปรุงรสและสารพัดถั่ว ที่ผสมผสานวัตถุดิบสุดพรีเมียม พร้อมอัดแน่นไปด้วยถั่วที่ให้กลิ่นหอมและเนื้อสัมผัสที่แตกต่างระหว่างรับประทาน

Malted Chocolate Rocher has been handcrafted by using the finest French Valrhona chocolate and almond praline to create a rich and indulgent delicacy. Pork Bak-Kwa with Assorted Nuts combines the savory indulgence of pork bak-kwa and the richness of assorted nuts in a delightful fusion.

These delightful mooncakes come in three stylishly designed gift boxes that will make the perfect gift for this auspicious occasion.
