บี. บราวน์ (ประเทศไทย) คว้ารางวัล “องค์กรดีเด่นที่น่าทำงานมากที่สุดในเอเชีย” ประจำปี 2564

ตอกย้ำความเป็นเลิศในการบริหารจัดการด้านทรัพยากรบุคคล-
บริษัท บี. บราวน์ (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด คว้ารางวัล “องค์กรดีเด่นที่น่าทำงานมากที่สุดในเอเชีย” ประจำปี 2564 ต่อเนื่องเป็นปีที่ 2 จากความสำเร็จด้านการบริหารงานทรัพยากรบุคคล โดยการมอบรางวัลดังกล่าวจัดขึ้นเป็นประจำทุกปีโดย Business Media International (BMI) และ HR Asia โดยมีประเทศต่างๆ เข้าร่วม ประกอบด้วย กัมพูชา สาธารณรัฐประชาชนจีน เขตบริหารพิเศษฮ่องกงแห่งสาธารณรัฐประชาชนจีน อินเดีย อินโดนีเซีย มาเลเซีย สหรัฐอาหรับเอมิเรตส์ ฟิลิปปินส์ สิงคโปร์ เกาหลีใต้ ไต้หวัน สาธารณรัฐประชาชนจีน เวียดนาม และไทย เพื่อเป็นเกียรติแก่องค์กรที่มีการบริหารงานทรัพยากรบุคคลในระดับดีเยี่ยม และเปิดโอกาสให้พนักงานมีส่วนร่วมกับองค์กรอย่างเต็มที่ ตลอดจนมีวัฒนธรรมองค์กรที่เป็นเลิศ โดย บี. บราวน์ (ประเทศไทย) ได้รับคัดเลือกให้เป็นหนึ่งใน 52 บริษัทที่ได้รับรางวัล
ทั้งนี้ บริษัท บี. บราวน์ (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด ได้ดำเนินกลยุทธ์และการปฏิบัติการด้านต่างๆ อย่างต่อเนื่อง ซึ่งสร้างความโดดเด่นให้กับบริษัทฯ ต่างจากบริษัทอื่นในอุตสาหกรรมเดียวกัน ทั้งนี้ บริษัทฯ ยึดมั่นวัฒนธรรมการทำงานร่วมกันบนพื้นฐานของความไว้วางใจและความโปร่งใส ประกอบกับการพัฒนาบุคลากรเพื่อความก้าวหน้าในอาชีพและส่งเสริมโอกาสในการเรียนรู้อย่างต่อเนื่อง ขณะเดียวกัน ยังได้สร้างสภาพแวดล้อมที่เอื้อต่อการทำงานอย่างสูง อีกทั้งสนับสนุนความหลากหลายและแตกต่างของพนักงานในองค์กร นอกจากนี้ บริษัท บี. บราวน์ (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด ยังได้ดำเนินมาตรการต่าง ๆ ที่สร้างความมั่นใจให้กับพนักงานว่าจะสามารถปฏิบัติงานได้ด้วยความปลอดภัยและมีสุขภาพดี ทั้งทางกายและทางอารมณ์ในระหว่างการแพร่ระบาดของโรคโควิด-19
การดำเนินงานดังกล่าวทำให้บริษัทฯ ได้รับคะแนนสูงกว่าคะแนนเฉลี่ยในอุตสาหกรรมจากการประเมิน Total Engagement Assessment ModelTM (TEAM) ซึ่งเป็นส่วนหนึ่งของเกณฑ์การประเมินการมอบรางวัล “องค์กรดีเด่นที่น่าทำงานมากที่สุดในเอเชีย” หรือ HR Asia’s Best Companies to Work for in Asia® ทั้งนี้ การประเมินพิจารณาจากเกณฑ์ 3 ด้าน ได้แก่
1. การบริหารจัดการภายในองค์กรที่ดีเพื่อสร้างการมีส่วนร่วมของพนักงาน หรือ CORE (Collective Organization for Real Engagement)
2. การดูแลเอาใจใส่และสร้างบรรยากาศที่เหมาะสมในการทำงาน หรือ SELF (Heart, Mind & Soul)
3. การส่งเสริมวัฒนธรรมการทำงานเป็นทีมอย่างสร้างสรรค์ หรือ GROUP (Think, Feel & Do)
โดยในการประเมินครั้งนี้ มีบริษัทที่ได้รับการเสนอชื่อทั้งสิ้น 269 แห่งจาก 25 อุตสาหกรรมในประเทศไทย

The award, organized by Business Media International (BMI) and HR Asia, is held annually in Cambodia, China, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, the UAE, Philippines, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, and Vietnam. It recognizes companies with best-in-class HR practices, high levels of employee engagement and an excellent workplace culture.
