9 เมษายน 2563 – ดีแทค และ กสทช. ให้ฟรีอินเทอร์เน็ต 10 กิกกะไบต์ ที่ความเร็วสูงสุด เป็นระยะเวลา 30 วัน ให้แก่ผู้ใช้งานในปัจจุบัน ตั้งแต่วันที่ 10 – 30 เมษายน นี้ โดยประชาชนคนไทย 1 คนจะได้รับการสนับสนุน 1 สิทธิ์ ดีแทคยังให้ลูกค้าใช้งานบนความเร็วอินเทอร์เน็ตที่ความเร็วสูงสุด เพื่อช่วยสนับสนุนให้ประชาชนทำงานผ่านอินเทอร์เน็ตอยู่บ้าน ตามมติที่ประชุม กสทช. เกี่ยวกับมาตรการช่วยเหลือประชาชนทุกระดับ และผู้ที่ได้รับผลกระทบ จากเศรษฐกิจ และยังเป็นหนึ่งในความพยายามของดีแทคในการช่วยเหลือลูกค้าจากแคมเปญ Happy@Home ที่ช่วยสนับสนุนการทำงานที่บ้าน
นายฮาว ริเร็น รองประธานเจ้าหน้าที่บริหาร กลุ่มการตลาด บริษัท โทเทิ่ล แอ็คเซ็ส คอมมูนิเคชั่น จำกัด (มหาชน) หรือดีแทค กล่าวว่า “ดีแทคยินดีสนับสนุน กสทช เพื่อให้มั่นใจว่าลูกค้าดีแทคสามารถสื่อสารจากโทรศัพท์มือถือได้อย่างต่อเนื่องตลอดเวลาที่อยู่ที่บ้าน ซึ่งนอกจากการให้ฟรีอินเทอร์เน็ต 10 GB แล้วเรายังให้ลูกค้าใช้งานบนความเร็วอินเทอร์เน็ตที่ความเร็วสูงสุด เพิ่มเติมเข้ามาจากแคมเปญ Happy@Home ที่ให้ฟรีอินเทอร์เน็ตบนแอปพลิเคชั่นยอดนิยม โดยล่าสุดดีแทคได้ร่วมโครงการ #ShopeeTogether ให้ลูกค้าดีแทคช้อปปิ้ง เล่นเกม หรือชมไลฟ์สตรีมมิ่งแบบไร้กังวลเรื่องค่าเน็ตบนแอป Shopee เริ่มตั้งแต่วันที่ 16 เมษายน ถึง 31 ธันวาคม 2563 รวมทั้งแอปที่จำเป็นในการทำงานที่บ้าน Zoom และ Office 365 เราตระหนักถึงภาระบทบาทในการเชื่อมโยงผู้คนเข้าด้วยกัน เพื่อให้ลูกค้าของเราใกล้ชิดกันเหมือนเดิม ในวิกฤตการณ์นี้”
เงื่อนไขการรับสิทธิ
ลูกค้าดีแทคทั้งโพสต์เพดและพรีเพด จะได้รับสิทธิ์อินเทอร์เน็ตฟรี 10GB กดรับสิทธิ์เริ่มวันที่ 10 - 30 เมษายน นาน 30 วัน โดยการกด *170* เลขบัตรประชาชน # โทรออก ด้วยขั้นตอนและเงื่อนไข ดังนี้
- ลูกค้าจะต้องลงทะเบียนก่อนวันที่ 31 มีนาคม 2563 ด้วยบัตรประชาชนไทย
- สำหรับลูกค้ารายเดือน สิทธิ์นี้เฉพาะผู้ใช้งานแพ็กเกจหลักที่มีอินเทอร์เน็ตต่ำกว่า 10GB ผู้ใช้งานแพ็กเกจหลักแบบใช้งานอินเทอร์เน็ตได้ต่อเนื่อง (อันลิมิเต็ด) จะไม่ได้รับสิทธิ์
- สำหรับลูกค้าเติมเงิน ได้รับสิทธิ์ทุกคน ยกเว้น ผู้ใช้งานแพ็กเกจอินเทอร์เน็ตที่มีระยะเวลาใช้งานมากกว่า 1เดือน จะไม่ได้รับสิทธิ์

dtac and NBTC offer 10GB max speed internet for free to support life at home and minimize the spread of COVID-19
April 9, 2020 – dtac, together with the National Broadcasting and Telecommunications Commission (NBTC), will offer a free additional 10GB max speed internet for 30 days to existing customers. This privilege is offered one time per customer for the entire campaign, as per the NBTC’s conditions, with registration open from April 10-30. In addition, dtac is offering this data allowance at maximum speed. The offer is to support the work-from-home policy and ease the impact from COVID-19, as part of dtac’s numerous Happy@Home initiatives.

ELIGIBILITY
From April 10-30, dtac customers can register for the 10GB offer by dialing *170*, followed by their Thai identification number and #. The offer is valid for prepaid and postpaid customers for 30 days after registration under the following conditions:
- The customer subscribed to the number before March 31 using a valid Thai identification number.
- Eligible postpaid customers are those with data allowance, at the time of registration, below 10GB. Unlimited plans are therefore not included.
- The customer’s number is not on a long-term prepaid plan.
